Draft Knockout

Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version: there is no account, no cookie, and no advertising tag. Your draft — the names, the seed, the board — never leaves your browser. The only thing we measure is an anonymous, cookieless page-view count.

What runs where

Draft Knockout is a single page of HTML and JavaScript. Everything — the manager names you type, the seed, the commit hash, the fight, and the finished board — is computed inside your own browser. None of it is transmitted anywhere.

What we store

Nothing. The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. Close the tab and the draft is gone unless you saved the link yourself.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. Cloudflare states that it does not track individual visitors.

What it records is aggregate and ordinary: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world traffic came from, referrer, and browser type. We use it to know whether anyone is finding the site. There is no advertising network, no remarketing pixel, and no data broker involved.

Other third-party requests

Beyond the analytics beacon described above, none. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are all served from this domain.

Who runs this site

Draft Knockout is built and paid for by Rocket Rippers, a sports-card and TCG shop in Kelowna, British Columbia. The shop is how the site stays free; there is no ad network, no affiliate tracking and no sponsor receiving your data.

Links to the shop

Several pages link to rocketrippers.ca, our eBay store and our Whatnot channel. Those are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those sites while you are here, no identifier is attached to them, and nothing about your visit or your draft is passed along if you click one. Once you follow a link you are on that site and its own privacy policy applies — eBay's and Whatnot's are theirs, not ours.

Share links

When you copy a share link, the manager names and the seed are encoded into the link itself, after the #. Anything after a # is never sent to a web server — it stays in the browser. But the link is still readable by anyone you send it to, so treat it the way you would treat any message containing your league members' names.

Server logs

This site is served by a static hosting provider, which — like every web host — records ordinary technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, and user agent for security and reliability. We do not have access to that data in any identifiable form, do not combine it with anything, and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Children

This is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the date above will change and the change will be described here. If tracking or advertising is ever added, it will be disclosed on this page before it goes live.
